* This price is for Client's who approve at least $300.00 in testing (usually 3 or more tests) prior to the inspection. Please be aware that additional testing locations may be recommended by your inspector(s) dependant upon the results of your mold inspection (if purchased). Additional testing is performed only with your written approval. Your mold services quote & mold evaluation are based upon the information that you provide during your phone call(s) to our office.

****Invasive/Destructive Mold Testing is not apart of our normal services. Sometimes it is requested by the Client that this service be performed. With the owner's permission only (in writing), we will open drywall to access a wall cavity (usually 16 to 24 inches wide - up to ceiling) removing approximately a 4" X 4" section (per test) of the wall using a stud finder to locate an appropriate location. It is the Client's responsibility to repair any sections removed during testing. Alternatively, on some occasions, access can be gained through the removal of an electrical cover plate (de-energized). This testing is limited to the air space between the studs.
